Visa Information

Please visit the external page website of the Swiss Department of Foreign Affairs,  to check whether you need a visa to enter Switzerland, and to get informed on the required documentation. A contact with the local Embassy is strongly advised, as the required documentation may vary between persons of the same country.

If a letter of invitation is necessary, this can be provided for participants who have confirmed and paid their registration. Please contact for further assistance.

Important note: A visa application may take some time to be processed and should be processed early enough, in order to ensure that it is accepted early before the Workshop dates.
